To ensure that the Fellow Team shares the same understanding of the organisation and to facilitate their responses, it is highly recommended that you discuss and communicate with the proposed Fellow Team before submission. Your answers will significantly influence how team members respond in their sections.

1. Please share 1-2 major challenges experienced in the past 3 years in areas of service delivery or organisational operation impacting organisation resilience (i.e. leadership, talent, strategic orientation, etc.).

8. A Community of Practice is being built in the JC InnoPower Social Welfare Fellowship and the JC InnoPower Education Fellowship to foster a sustainable culture of active learning, collaboration and innovation within and beyond institutions to enhance service quality and sector resilience.

a. Please share your organisation’s experience of working with the education sector (e.g. in providing school social work service, supportive services for students). If there is no such experience, what challenges would you anticipate in working with the education sector?

I understand that, subject to availability and the discretion of the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, our organisation may nominate ONE additional full-time employee to join a one-week leadership programme in the U.S. at no additional costs if our team is selected.
