Part 5. Commitment on JC InnoPower Social Welfare Fellowship

I understand this is an organisation application to the JC InnoPower Social Welfare Fellowship. Any change and/or withdrawal of team members after submission may lead to withdrawal or disqualification.

I confirm I will be able to attend the interview session on 24 March 2026 in person if this organisation application is shortlisted.

I confirm I will be able to attend the Welcome Reception on 14 April 2026 in person if the Fellow Team is shortlisted.

I understand I shall participate in and contribute to JC InnoPower Social Welfare Fellowship as scheduled and attain at least 90% attendance so as to be eligible for the Staff Development Project Fund.

I understand I shall obtain valid travel documents at my own cost in order to participate in study trips in the United States of America and the Mainland. I am aware that my passport will be required to be kept by the U.S. Consulate General in Hong Kong for processing at the end of the visa adjudication process for at least two to five full business days.

I understand I shall initiate and implement the Staff Development Project in my current organisation upon completion of JC InnoPower Social Welfare Fellowship.

I understand and I confirm that I will participate and engage in the Community of Practice.

I understand that remaining at the current organisation throughout the JC InnoPower Social Welfare Fellowship is the most optimal option to myself and my organisation. Therefore, I acknowledge and accept to sign a relevant undertaking with the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust if the team is admitted.
